Fulfilment
Every day, we fulfil more than 15,000 orders at our state-of-the-art fulfilment centre in Rushden, Northamptonshire. We pick, pack and despatch everything from travel brochures, product literature, personalised maps, charity event registration packs, exercise packs and point of sale: through to an ever diverse range of products on behalf of our mail order clients.
We can store products and literature in our large and secure warehousing facility, which is electronically linked to our hi-tech Customer Contact Centre. Our Contact Centre can take customer orders (telephone or post), process payments and dispatch goods on your behalf.
Our customer contact centre in Ashford receives orders by phone, fax, email or web; which are input directly to our online order processing system. The system generates invoices, pick lists and personalised correspondence, as required, automatically for experienced production teams, who pick and pack orders according to our clients’ specification.
We have the flexibility to pick and pack whatever you need, including:
